Backstreet's Back é o segundo álbum de estúdio, lançado em 11 de agosto de 1997 na Europa. Foi uma continuação do seu debute internacional auto-titulado bem sucedido. Algumas canções deste álbum, e o lançamento prévio foram compilados em um segundo álbum auto-titulado cujo lançamento coincidiu com este álbum.
O álbum vem com um conteúdo Enhanced CD. A primeira faixa gravada para este álbum foi uma cover de PM Dawn chamada "Set Adrift on Memory Bliss", outra canção foi "If You Stay" que não está no álbum. Junto com a edição americana, este álbum vendeu 28 milhões de cópias mundialmente.

Black & Blue é o quarto álbum de estúdio, foi lançado no Brasil dia 20 de novembro de 2000, durante a turnê Black & Blue - Around The World, na qual eles passaram por 6 países em 100 horas para divulgar o álbum e que depois foi editada como DVD e inclui a passagem do grupo pelo Rio de Janeiro.

Never Gone é o quinto álbum de estúdio. Originalmente para ser lançada em 2004, a data de lançamento foi empurrada até 14 de junho de 2005 por razões desconhecidas. O álbum varia musicalmente dos seus álbuns prévios, com som pop rock. Diferentemente de álbuns prévios, o álbum apresentou instrumentos ao vivo.
O primeiro single do álbum é "Incomplete", seguido por "Just Want You To Know". O terceiro single mundial é "I Still...". Never Gone ganhou certificado de platina nos Estados Unidos. Ele vendeu 293.000 cópias durante a sua primeira semana de lançamento, e estreou em #3 na Billboard 200. No Japão, ele vendeu 528.000 cópias e foi o segundo maior álbum de artista ocidental em 2005.
Never Gone também foi lançado em formato DualDisc. A parte DVD incluí o vídeoclipe de "Incomplete" e os bastidores da gravação do mesmo vídeo. Uma outra edição foi lançada na Austrália em formato CD/DVD e vem com uma faixa bônus.
Em 20 de outubro de 2005 lançaram Never Gone - The Videos que incluí os bastidores do videoclipe de "Incomplete" e o video, os bastidores e as duas versões do videoclipe de "Just Want You to Know" e o single "I Still..."; incluíndo os comentários do grupo. O DVD também contém um slideshow com a canção "Just Want You To Know" e uma entrevista na Alemanha falando sobre a futura turnê.

Unbreakable é o sexto álbum de estúdio, lançado em Outubro de 2007, é o primeiro álbum da banda sem Kevin Richardson, que saiu em 2006. O álbum tem recebido ótimas críticas e vem se mostrando um sucesso da música pop.
No Japão, o álbum ficou em 1º lugar de vendas com 102.043 copiasna primeira semana. Nos Estados Unidos o álbum estreou em 7º lugar, vendendo cerca de 81.000 copias na primeira semana.
